Karen’s Incredible, Edible Healing Coconut Fudge

A great recipe straight from my dietician to help you get past your sugar cravings. It also has lots of healthy fiber.
6-8 Tbsp. coconut oil (need to heat to soften)
8 oz. almond butter, room temperature
3 packets of stevia or 1/8 tsp. stevia powder
1/2 cup flaxseed meal (for fiber)
3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Mix oil and butter until smooth, stir in the remaining ingredients. The batter will be sticky. Press into an ungreased 9” x 9” pan. Add pecans or walnuts on top if you like. Refrigerate until solid and then enjoy!
